Role: Technical RecruiterExp: 4 to 6 yrs.Qualification: B. tech/ MBA (HR)Location: GurgaonTechnical Recruiter duties and responsibilities- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technical field- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidates- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisitionRequirements and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- At least 4 years of experience in technical recruiting- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools- Proven experience in recruiting technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals- Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates’ technical skills- Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels- Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates- Strong organizational and time management skillsRegards,Neerav Soanii
