This role will be central to ensuring product reliability, strengthening process control, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our solar manufacturing operations.:• Lead, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) across all units.• Oversee ISO and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with standards and regulations.• Define and monitor key quality metrics, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality.• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.& :• 12 to 15 years of experience in Quality / QMS / Audit functions within manufacturing.• No bar for exceptional candidates.• Experience in Solar / Renewable / Manufacturing industry preferred.GB Solar, built on the trusted legacy of Epoxy House – Vadodara, is among India’s fastest-growing solar energy companies.
