This role will be central to ensuring product reliability, strengthening process control, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our solar manufacturing operations. ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐: โข Lead, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) across all units. โข Oversee ISO and internal audits, ensuring full compliance with standards and regulations. โข Define and monitor key quality metrics, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions. โข Collaborate with production and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality. โข Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence. ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ & ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐: โข 12 to 15 years of experience in Quality / QMS / Audit functions within manufacturing. โข No bar for exceptional candidates. โข Experience in Solar / Renewable / Manufacturing industry preferred. ๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ GB Solar, built on the trusted legacy of Epoxy House โ Vadodara, is among Indiaโs fastest-growing solar energy companies.
