Job Profile- Solution Architect. We are looking for a System Architect with deep expertise in designing high-performance, scalable, and future-ready platforms . The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience building distributed, low-latency systems for financial markets and can balance innovation with reliability. Architect and evolve scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-throughput systems that support real-time market data and order execution. ● Make key design and technology decisions ensuring performance, scalability, and security . Continuously improve performance, reduce latency, and enhance system resilience. ● Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures and container orchestration for elastic scalability. Mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture, performance tuning, and distributed system design. ● Implement strong DevOps and observability principles — focusing on automation, monitoring, and fault recovery . ● Ensure compliance with secure coding practices , audit requirements, and regulatory standards. ● Collaborate with QA and DevOps to maintain system stability, scalability, and availability. Quality Assurance: ● Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance processes, ensuring that the software meets the defined standards and specifications. 15+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in distributed systems. ● Proven track record in architecting and building trading systems or financial market platforms (execution, risk, pricing, or data). ● Strong command of modern tool like Kafka , RabbitMQ, PostgreSql, Spark . ● Hands-on experience with microservices , Docker , and Kubernetes . ● Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) and infrastructure as code principles. ● Exposure to FIX protocol , market data streaming , or order routing systems is preferred. ● Fluent in English (written and verbal).
