Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at The Villa at Mandeville in Kolkata. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with customers, promoting venue services for events, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Sales Skills
  • Maintaining daily sales ledges, figures and MIS
  • Proficiency in in computing and payment of company taxes especially GST, TDS etc
  • Proficiency in banking knowledge and cash management
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
