What You’ll Do:
Business Insight: Dive deep into each client's business model to align social strategies with their objectives.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute imaginative social media campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.
Creative Oversight: Lead and inspire our creative team to produce compelling content across platforms.
Client Relations: Serve as the bridge between clients and our agency, delivering exceptional service and tailored strategies.
Team Management: Oversee and empower our social media team, ensuring flawless execution of multiple projects.
Content Strategy: Boost brand visibility by crafting actionable plans for follower growth on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, You Tube, and Linked In.
Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute high-performing ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, driving engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with colleagues from various departments to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
What You Bring:
Experience: 3+ years working in social media management within a digital marketing agency, with a proven track record in creative campaign execution.
Background: Strong foundation in marketing and communication, with the ability to translate brand messages into effective social media strategies.
Hands-On Skills: Proficiency in creating and managing ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, along with expertise in design tools like Canva and video editing software.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills to manage teams and excellent communication to maintain client satisfaction.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure all content and campaigns meet the highest quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices for audience engagement and growth.
