Job Summary:

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer / Visualiser with strong video editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and the ability to create stunning designs and dynamic social media content that aligns with brand objectives.

Location:

Mumbai suburban area. Thane and outskirts not eligible to apply.

This is a HYBRID position

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media, websites, ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Create visually appealing layouts for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver client briefs effectively and on time.

2. Video Editing:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, reels, and animations, for digital platforms.
  • Enhance video projects with sound design, transitions, effects, and graphics.
  • Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

3. Ideation and Visualization:

  • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns and projects.
  • Translate client briefs into effective and innovative visual solutions.

4. Motion Graphics:

  • Create simple motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
  • Work on logo animations, intros, outros, and transitions as required.

5. Brand Consistency:

  • Maintain consistency in brand elements across all creative deliverables.
  • Ensure all designs and videos meet quality standards and align with client brand guidelines.

6. Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and clients to understand project requirements.
  • Incorporate feedback to refine designs and videos while meeting deadlines.

7. Trends and Innovations:

  • Stay updated with design and video editing trends, tools, and best practices to produce cutting-edge content.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in graphic design and video editing (preferably in an agency setting).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with social media content creation, including short-form video formats like reels.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of photography and videography basics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
