As a Graphic and Motion Designer at Keep Learning, you will work closely with the marketing team, assisting in the creation and editing of visual content to effectively promote the university's brand and academic programs.

You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of video production, including editing, graphics design, and post-production tasks, contributing to the development of engaging visual materials for the brand's marketing initiatives.

Please Note: This is an on-location job at Tardeo, Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas for video and graphic content that align with the university's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Assist in graphic designing, and motion editing tasks, including assembling raw footage, applying graphics and visual effects, and ensuring that the final output meets the required standards of quality and consistency.

Support the development of graphics, motion graphics and visual elements for videos, incorporating text, animations, and other graphical assets to enhance the overall visual appeal and storytelling of the content.

Help organize and maintain the graphic and video asset library, ensuring that all files are appropriately labeled and easily accessible for future reference and use.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics for various marketing materials, such as social media posts, digital banners, and promotional materials, adhering to the university's branding guidelines.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing, applying this knowledge to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the university's creative projects.

Qualifications: Proven experience (1-2 years) in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills in these areas.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation techniques, with a willingness to learn and develop these skills further under the guidance of senior team members.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback effectively.
