Pocket FM | Accounts Payable Manager | bangalore

Oversee the accounts payable department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and expense reports
Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
Manage multi country payments and MIS reporting
Ensure PO, Invoice and provisions are accounted on a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as GST, TDS and international regulations
Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices
Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and cash flow, including aging reports, cash flow projections, and vendor performance metrics
Train and develop accounts payable staff, including setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations
Ensure accurate and timely month end and yearend close processes for accounts payable
Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of AP & treasury best practices, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with the Oracle Netsuite ERP system would be an added advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word with ability to deploy them effectively for analysis reporting & presentation
