Role OverviewVotary Tech is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Project Manager to lead and manage key projects across diverse business domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role demands exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, combined with a deep understanding of business and technology integration.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders informed of project status, updates, and challenges.
- Execution and Delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and budget.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to established processes, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Team Leadership:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment, motivating team members to excel.
- Business Strategy Alignment:
- Align project goals with organizational objectives to drive business value.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and align with market demands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business project management, preferably in a tech or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
