Votary Tech is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Project Manager to lead and manage key projects across diverse business domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role demands exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, combined with a deep understanding of business and technology integration.Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders informed of project status, updates, and challenges.Execution and Delivery:Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and budget.Monitor and ensure adherence to established processes, KPIs, and SLAs.Team Leadership:Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Foster a collaborative environment, motivating team members to excel.Business Strategy Alignment:Align project goals with organizational objectives to drive business value.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and align with market demands.Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business project management, preferably in a tech or IT environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
