Position Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Executive with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands. In this role, you will play a key part in driving organic growth, improving search engine rankings, and increasing website traffic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO to join a fast-paced, innovative team dedicated to creating a meaningful impact in the intimate wellness industry. 



Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and boost search engine rankings. 

- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and high-ranking potential. 

- On-Page and Technical SEO Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures for search engines. 

- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions. 

- Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor performance to identify gaps and capitalize on emerging trends. 

- Link-Building and Outreach: Implement advanced link-building strategies to improve domain authority and establish quality backlinks. 

- SEO Performance Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights. 

- Algorithm Updates: Stay informed on the latest search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly. 

- Reporting and Insights: Generate comprehensive SEO performance reports and recommend actionable improvements to enhance growth. 



Qualifications:

- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO, particularly for D2C brands. 

- Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. 

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for decision-making. 

- Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. 

- Familiarity with e-commerce SEO strategies and conversion rate optimization. 

- Ability to identify and solve SEO challenges in a fast-paced environment. 

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. 

- A proactive, innovative approach to achieving measurable results.
