NextGen Consulting - NGC Corporate Resolution Private Limited in Noida is focused on empowering rapid growth in the MSME segment through innovative business strategies and getting right candidates for our client companies.
We are looking for a CEO/Business Manager for one of our clients known for Manufacturing and Supplying of 3D scanning Devices based in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for Driving Sales / Profit growth & lead team of professionals. He shall be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in their sphere of operations. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record of running business / selling capital goods preferably 3D printing technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic Business plan in line with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities
Build a team of sales professionals to sell the product in related industries.
Develop relationships with key decision- makers in target industries.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to highlight the benefits of our additive manufacturing solutions.
Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
Develop & Run marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.
Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
Attend trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services u Travel to customer sites to deliver presentations and demos as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Capital goods sales, preferably in additive manufacturing or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
