Designation : Treasury Manager
Experience : 6-10+ years
Location : Andheri, Mumbai
Mandatory Criteria: Experience in managing banking operations within a non-banking industry.
Key Requirements :
Looking for a candidate with over 6-8 years of experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, Cash Flow Management, and Treasury MIS.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage the group's bank accounts, including account openings, closures, and updating authorized signatories.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with domestic and global banking partners.
- Oversee quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreements, ensuring timely principal and interest payments.
- Prepare daily cash positions and facilitate fund movements across group accounts.
- Cashflow forecasting - Weekly / Monthly
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements monthly, addressing any un-cleared items.
- Manage Bank Guarantees at the group level, including issuance, amendments, and closures.
- Handle rate coverage for A1/A2 payments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Treasury MIS.
- Provide required documentation and information to banks/financial institutions in line with sanction terms and RBI guidelines.
- Manage investments in Mutual Funds and Bank Fixed Deposits.
- Familiarity with SAP will be an added advantage.
