Senior Technical Analyst – Murex and Treasury Applications

Handle L2 support for Murex and Treasury area applicationsUnderstand & implement highly scalable technology solutionsManage application, DB and OS version upgradesTrack obsolescence for application hardware/software components and execute upgrades, as necessaryHandle application architectural changes as per the latest technology advancementsBuild monitoring and alerts ecosystemImplement security related technical recommendations or audit action items in the applicationParticipate in periodic database audits with DBA teams to implement optimization recommendationsHandle Third Party Risk Assessment exercises for application vendorMonitor vendor deliverables and SLAsCoordinate with application vendor for AMC, additional licenses, agreement amendments and related paymentsHandle internal, external and statutory auditsManage OS/DB/Middleware baseliningRaise budget, FPN and PO for application AMC and other vendor payments related to projects in L2 areaSupport application/Datacenter DR Drills and bank’s BCP needsReview of existing processes & bringing in process improvements wherever required
Skills Required:
Hands-on knowledge of Murex application architecture/setupGood knowledge of UNIX OS and shell scriptingClear knowledge and working of a database technology (Oracle/MS SQL Server)Broad understanding of Platform, Server & Storage technologies (Linux, UNIX, Windows and VMWare)Good communication skillsGood to have knowledge of Ansible tower, DevSecops, Appdynamics, Dynatrace.
