- Business Solutions Group is in to designing, developing and implementing technology enabled solutions which are robust, stable, efficient and scalable. This Unit performs a 360 degrees role in designing solutions which are customer focused, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliant._
**About the Role**
- This role plays a very critical role in Treasury BSG Unit to design and implement technology solutions related to_
- 1. Murex greenfield Implementation
- Back Office workflows and Accounting_
- 2. Designing of Settlements and Confirmation workflows for Forex and Derivatives in new system Murex_
- 3. Designing of Swift workflows in Murex with Swift matcher_
- 4. Accounting and Position Accounting set up in Murex for Forex and Derivatives_
- 5. Static data workflow and back-office reports_
- 6. Nostro funding and nostro cash management workflow_
- 7. Back office set up for New Treasury Products Implementations_
- 8. Ongoing business and regulatory requirements_
- 9. New System Set up to automate and rationalize processes_
- 10. Migration of set-ups from one system to another_
- 11. Issues resolution through technology solutions_
**Key Responsibilities**
- _Preparation of test scenarios and detail test cases for Murex testing for back-office module_
- _Executing the test cases and documenting the results_
- _Be involved in all phases of Murex Implementation and support post production issues_
- _Business Requirements/Solutions analysis for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions_
- _To prepare Business Requirement Documents and Functionality Specifications documents_
- _Preparation of test cases and other documents_
- _Resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems_
- _To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance_
- _To have interactions with Technology partners/vendors with respect to system functionalities, product roadmap etc._
- _Execution and tracking project activities as assigned (projects of all scale)_
- _Provide periodic updates/MIS to seniors on the progress made_
**Qualifications**
- Optimal qualification for success on the job is:_
- _CA/MBA from premier institute with 2-8 years
- experience_
- _Project management / system implementation basic idea with ability to learn quickly_
- _Good understanding of Forex and Derivative product and related back-office activities_
- _Sound understanding of position concept and accounting for Forex and Derivatives_
**Role Proficiencies**:
**_ Knowledge_**
- _Treasury domain
- Understanding of treasury and treasury products (FX and Derivatives). Knowledge of Fixed Income, Money Market will be added advantage_
- _Understanding of back-office activities for Forex and Derivative_
- _Prior experience of working in Murex will be added advantage_
**_ Skills_**
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must_
- _Project Management and execution skills_
- _Good analytical skills
- Understand problem and arrive at best possible solutions and implement the same_
- _Good at Excel, Power-point_
