You will be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns to deliver maximum ROI for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager for fashion/lifestyle brandsConduct deep audience research, campaign structuring, and budget allocationOptimize campaigns to achieve ROAS and performance benchmarksPrepare and analyze reports with actionable insights for scalingCollaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and performance creativesStay updated with Meta Ads policies, industry trends, and best practicesRequirements:Minimum 1 year of experience running Meta Ads (specifically for fashion/e-commerce brands)Proven record of scaling brands profitably with solid ROASStrong knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, conversion API, and trackingAnalytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skillsExperience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on expertise)Opportunity to work with fashion & lifestyle brands, including international clientsFast-growth environment with learning and career developmentOn-site role at our office in Dwarka, New Delhi
