Alsodepending on how good the candidate is.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce, Finance, orBusiness preferred). Certifications: NISM or related market certifications preferred butnot mandatory.Role OverviewAs a Sales Investment Counselor, you will be responsible for converting leads into activecustomers through effective communication, need analysis, and presentation ofFynocrat’s research-backed stock market products. You will play a pivotal role in drivingthe company’s sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism andclient satisfaction.Key Expectations- Must achieve a monthly sales target equivalent to 3× - 4× of the fixed salary.- Consistent achievement of 70% of monthly targets is mandatory to earn the fixed component.- Demonstrate high professionalism, persistence, and performance-driven work ethics.- Ensure quality client interactions focused on transparency and trust.Key Responsibilities- Engage with leads provided by the company and convert them into active customers through consultative discussions.- Understand clients investment goals, risk appetite, and financial preferences to recommend suitable Fynocrat research products.- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.- Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure continuous engagement.- Maintain accurate client data and update CRM records regularly.- Coordinate with the Research and Customer Service teams for smooth client onboarding and post-sale support.- Stay updated with market trends, equity research insights, and product developments to effectively communicate Fynocrat’s value proposition.- Adhere strictly to SEBI regulations and Fynocrat’s internal compliance policies during every client interaction.Key Skills & Competencies- Good communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.- Sound understanding of stock market concepts and equity products.- Experience in sales in the field of Banking, Policy, Insurance, Finance, Stock Markets.- Ability to handle objections and convert high-value leads into successful sales.- Strong relationship management and client-handling abilities.What We Offer- Competitive fixed salary with high earning potential through performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing SEBI-registered research firm.- Professional growth in a result-driven and learning-oriented environment.- Regular skill development sessions and exposure to market research insights.
