Skillsets :

C#.Net, ADO.Net, Asp.Net, Bootstrap, MVC, IIS, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Web-Services, Optional: Management of Cloud based Applications (AZURE or something similar)

 

Key Skills :

  • Experienced in a role involving design and development, preferably for Banking projects
  • Good understanding of Microsoft stack – deep understanding of .NET architecture, Asp.Net,MVC and SQL server.
  • Knowledge of MVC/WCF/Entity framework or Android development will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications design – development – testing - engineering concepts.
  • Proficient in technology and design especially in Microsoft technology stack
  • Work with minimal direction & in a rapidly changing environment
  • Should have handled multiple roles across lifecycle like support, design, coding, testing and implementation.

Job Descriptions :

  • Should be able to handle a team of 5-6 members.
  • Responsibility for delivery of enhancements, interfaces, technical patches as per pre-determined release cycle.
  • On time delivery of the tasks 
  • Complying with engineering processes that include
  • Version control, Build and release management
  • Estimated versus actual effort tracking
  • Change management process (including patch releases)
  • Defect analysis
  • Product documentation management
  • Effective unit testing to ensure minimal rework
  • Provide the required support for the product.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Must Have :

• Design, Develop and maintain simple to complex .net applications.

• The quality and completeness of assignments, including initial design, development, bug tracking, documentation, and general product maintenance.

• To understand specification document and perform coding as per the design and standards &guidelines.

• Able to provide technical/solution guidance to Software Engineers/Junior Programmers.

• Should be able to review the code/ work done by Software Engineers/Junior Programmers.

• Doing impact analysis and resolving in-process problems independently, or with minor input from Architect.

 

Good to have :

• Exposure to Android system integration

• Leadership quality, handhold 5-6 tech guys

• Participate in agile development process to ensure project deliverable's are met, on time and of high quality
