Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager - Full Stack Development to lead our software development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET full stack development, Agile project execution, and technical leadership.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Agile Project Execution: Implement and manage Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices in software development are followed.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and tools.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET full stack development, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex software development projects, Agile project execution, and technical leadership.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 11 to 14 years of total experience and minimum of 3-4 years in technical project management and .NET full stack development.
