We know it too.For nearly 30 years, the incredible minds at Cognyte around the world have worked closely together and put their expertise to work, to keep up with constantly evolving technological and criminal trends, and help make the world a safer place with leading investigative analytics software solutions.We are defined by our dedication to doing good and this translates to business success, meaningful work friendships, a can-do attitude, and deep curiosity.We are looking for an exceptional and passionate C++ Team Leader to lead a C++ development team, working on IP protocols, Networking Probes and deep packet inspection solutions .As a Cognyter you will:Hire, lead and manage a team, providing technical guidance and supportBe the Scrum Master for the team, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesPerform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality standardsLead the design of the featuresMonitor the execution of tasks and ensure timely completion of project milestonesIdentify and address any blockers or impediments that may arise during the development process, taking proactive steps to resolve themFacilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, as well as with other stakeholdersCoach and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote professional growthFoster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvementWorking closely with R&D teams in a remote offices.For that mission you’ll need:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldDemonstrated success in building and leading development teams, with at least 3 years of experience in a team leadership roleProficiency in Agile methodologies and experience as a Scrum MasterExtensive hands-on experience in C++ development, including code reviewsKnowledge of IP networking and protocols (all OSI layers)Familiarity with cloud-native principles and architecturesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in a large-scale and complex systemsWillingness to travel abroadFluent verbal & written communication in English* The position is located at Pune India.
