Job Title: Business Manager/ Commercial Proposal Writer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Manager/ Commercial Proposal Writer to join our team. This role will involve writing proposals for commercial accounts, interacting with clients, and managing vendor portal registrations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be adept at handling administrative tasks related to client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Writing: Develop and write compelling proposals for commercial accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and support.
- Vendor Portal Registration: Manage and oversee vendor portal registrations, ensuring compliance with client requirements and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to client relationship management, including documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client records.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Communication: Clearly articulate project goals, progress, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, proposal writing, and client interaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
- Strong technical background.
