We’re a team that lives and breathes storytelling — from Ad. films to Corporate & CSR, from reels to digital content and AI generated films, we have produced more than 500 films for the most reputed brands. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Head to spearhead our client acquisition and partnership initiatives for our film production house. What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or strategy — preferably in media, or advertising. Proven record of generating business and managing high- value partnerships. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Comfortable leading conversations with CMOs, founders, brand heads and Creative directors. Understands brands, agencies, and the visual storytelling ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Lead business growth across TVCs, digital films, reels, branded long format and AI content pipelines. Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and digital platforms. Develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue through creative collaborations. Identify new market opportunities and position the company for long-term success.
