You will play a critical role in bringing the next generation of products to the world ResponsibilitiesSetup manufacturing lines for multiple productsCreate and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvementPrepare manufacturing and assembly drawingsTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actionsConduct root cause analysis and participate in problem-solving activitiesTrain and mentor production staff on new processes and equipmentConduct tolerance stack-up analysisCollaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new productsAssisting senior manufacturing engineers and production managers in building unique productsPreferred QualificationsProficiency in 3D CAD softwarePrincipled in jigs and fixture designAt least 1 year of experience working on an assembly line preferably in the consumer goods or automotive industryKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologiesExperience with vacuum casting, injection molding and machiningBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related fieldShould know how basic everyday objects are manufacturedKnowledge of quality reports - CMM, CPK, etc
