FEXLE is known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction and its team of experienced and certified Salesforce professionals. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. Perform QA testing for Salesforce configurations, integrations, and new releases. Support data management activities such as data imports, exports, and updates. Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain data quality and integrity. Participate in UAT and regression testing before system changes or deployments. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform administration and functionality. Experience with Salesforce QA or testing, including manual and regression testing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.). Knowledge of data management using Data Loader or similar tools. Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (not mandatory). Flexible to work in both IST and EST time zones.
