Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose To focus on segmenting and sub-segmenting marketing in order to identify the most appealing target customers. Contribute to the growth of the Orb brand in India as a strong and well-known solar brand. To increase Orb's digital brand recognition and seek for ways to improve our online presence, as well as to generate leads for sales teams via social media and digital advertising. To optimize the company's website, advertising platforms, promotional materials, and sales tools, among other things, in order to increase sales leads and profit. Identify opportunities and content to expand the network of channel partners Work on creating content that encourages good feelings toward the brand and the message you want to deliver to potential customers and internal staffs. Key Responsibilities Website SEO Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. Regularly audit the website for SEO performance, addressing issues like crawl errors, site speed, and mobile usability. Monitor and optimize website content for organic search rankings and user experience (UX). Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) to generate maximum ROI. Perform A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Schedule and manage posts to maximize engagement and reach the right audience. Run paid social media ads targeting potential customers and optimize based on performance metrics. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective lead generation funnels across all digital platforms. Utilize tools like HubSpot, Lead Squared, or similar to track leads and measure performance. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO, Google Ads, and social media management. Strong expertise in website SEO optimization techniques, tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Ads , Facebook Ads , and LinkedIn Ads . Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics , Google Search Console , and Tag Manager . Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), HTML , and basic web development for SEO purposes. Ability to interpret data, develop actionable insights, and implement strategies that improve performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Good working knowledge in wordpress. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Ads , Google Analytics , or SEO (e.g., HubSpot SEO certification). Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms . Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and building optimized landing pages.
