Nova Benefits has been co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi - Computer Science, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator). We are backed by top global and regional VC's such as Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital and Multiply Ventures. You'll be improving and responsible for 1. Speaking to Nova's prospective clients 2. Understanding their unique requirements 3. Explaining and sharpening Nova's value-proposition 4. Minimum 2 years of work experience in insurance industry 2. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English 3. "Hunger" to achieve and "Can do" attitude 4. Passion for working for a tech startup 5. Ability to stay organized and disciplined to meet targets 6.
