Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking ahighly skilled, experiencedPre-Sales Solutions Architect (SA)to join ourGlobal Digital Solutions (GDS)team withinEnterprise Accounts . In this role, you will be responsible fordriving the technical design and architectural strategyto advance and close high-value digital solutions sales. The GDS team is a critical component of Iron Mountain's growth, focused on delivering modern Information, Content, and Data Management solutions to our largest enterprise clients.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:Scoping and Solution Design:Lead the technical discovery and design process, architecting comprehensive solutions across the Iron Mountain Digital portfolio that leverage modern hybrid architectures and address the client's physical and digital information challenges.Collaborate and Position Value:Partner with the sales team to advance customer engagements by presenting technical overviews, delivering compelling solution demonstrations, and effectively communicating the Total Cost of Ownership ( TCO ) and Return On Investment ( ROI ) of proposed services.Ensure Technical Integrity:Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert ( SME ) for the sales team, providing training, supporting the technical portions of Requests For Proposals ( RFPs ) and Requests For Quotations ( RFQs ), and ensuring solution configurations and architectural diagrams are accurate and aligned with Statement of Work ( SOW ) requirements.What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have:5+ yearsof experience intechnical solution design, architecture, or pre-sales engineeringfor Enterprise-level organizations.Strong knowledgeof modern and historical Enterprise technology, includingContent Services, Information Governance, Business Process Management (BPM) , and the application ofCloud SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and Machine Learning (ML)/Artificial Intelligence (AI)technologies.Proven abilityinconsultative solution sellingand advancing complex sales cycles, demonstrating expertise in positioning technology to solve profound business and technical requirements.Willingness to travelto support customer engagements, along with experience and/or certifications in at least three of the primary technical disciplines listed in the job description (e.g., Content Services, Cloud SaaS, Data Recognition technologies).Call to ActionIf you are a seasoned Solutions Architect with a passion for digital transformation and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets,apply nowto join Iron Mountain's Global Digital Solutions team and drive our continued success
