ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.),Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously help brands optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results.Customer delight: And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for the highest form of customer delight.Qualifications2-5 years of experience in Performance MarketingPreferred experience in Ecommerce IndustryHas previously handled a monthly budget of minimum 20 lacs.A good understanding of the principles and working of paid adsA creative mindset, contributing new ideas and able to interpret situations to overcome challengesProficient in articulating your ideas well and communicating to relevant stakeholdersGreat excel and analytical skillsSalary range - Rs 10-11 LPA
