Urbanrise is a brand under the Alliance Group, recognized as one of South India's leading and financially robust real estate organizations. The company has embarked on a mission to develop 50,000 affordable homes over the next 5 years, showcasing its commitment to high-quality and high-value housing. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Head of Pre-Sales to lead our pre-sales function of few of our residential projects in Chennai. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the entire pre-sales lifecycle, from initial customer engagement to final closure support. You will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of pre-sales managers and executives. Develop and execute the pre-sales strategy for Urbanrise in the Chennai market, aligned with the overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine the pre-sales approach and value proposition. Act as a key advisor to the sales and marketing leadership on product positioning, pricing strategies, and market feedback. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales managers and executives. Set clear performance goals (KPIs), conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new pre-sales team members. Pre-Sales Process Excellence: Own and continuously improve the end-to-end pre-sales process, from lead handover from marketing to sales-ready customer handover. Ensure the team conducts detailed customer needs analysis and presents tailored solutions that highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of Urbanrise properties. Standardize and enhance the quality of site presentations, model apartment tours, and collateral used by the team. Collateral & Knowledge Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of high-quality pre-sales collateral, including Sales Pitches, brochures, presentations, FAQs, and comparison sheets.
