Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Sr. Developer Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years Location: Noida / Pune / Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Design, code, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and enhancements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows. Perform regular system audits and ensure platform security and data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, analysts, and project managers. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and JavaScript. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
