Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across our organization. This role requires both strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of IT systems, software, and technical workflows. Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Work closely with engineers, developers, and IT specialists to translate business requirements into technical tasks. Understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to leadership. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project reviews. Process & Quality Management Ensure projects align with company objectives, compliance standards, and best practices. Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as applicable). Drive continuous improvement in project workflows, documentation, and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: 3–5+ years of experience managing technical or IT-related projects. Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
