The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of modern technology stacks, ensuring successful project delivery and seamless collaboration across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams across multiple projects.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and documentation.Promote best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement.Preferred SkillsExperience managing projects involving modern tech stacks such as:Backend: Java, Python, Flask API, FastAPIFrontend: React, FlutterDatabase: MongoDBAI/ML Frameworks: (Basic exposure is a plus)Design Tools: FigmaUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Basic knowledge of DevOps practices is an added advantage.Prior experience in tech or service-based companies is preferred.Key Requirements3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic business needs.Skills: Project Management | Agile Methodologies | Stakeholder Management | Risk Management | IT Service Management | Scrum | JIRA Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–5 Years Type: Full-Time (In-Office)
