Lead Developer (Full-Stack) | Early-stage start-up

We are thrilled to be recruiting for an early-stage startup with a bold vision to tackle a significant global challenge. This client is building a platform that bridges untapped talent markets with regions facing severe labor shortages, connecting skilled professionals with tailored international opportunities.

We are seeking a Lead Developer (Full-Stack) to join this exciting journey. If you are passionate about innovation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to take ownership of building a groundbreaking platform, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership : Take charge of the entire tech stack and lead the platform’s development from the ground up.
  • Product Development : Design and implement scalable, user-focused features for a two-sided marketplace.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the founder and core team to align technology with the startup’s vision and goals.
  • Code Quality : Deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
  • Scaling : Build a robust platform capable of handling rapid growth and diverse user demands.

Requirements

  • Full-Stack Expertise : Proficient in React (or similar frameworks) and Node.js (or equivalent backend tools).
  • Cloud Infrastructure : Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.
  • Database Management : Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Startup Mindset : Comfortable navigating ambiguity, thriving in dynamic environments, and solving complex problems.
  • Work Experience: Min. 3 years of prior work experience in a relevant position
