The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations (including Salesforce Migration projects), and emerging technologies like Agentic AI and CRM Analytics. You will be instrumental in driving architectural best practices and delivering an integrated Customer 360° view to enable personalized and intelligent customer experiences.Day-to-Day Architectural Activities:Lead and participate in solution architecture discussions across multiple Salesforce clouds.Define scalable architecture patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business, developers, admins) to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present the architectural approaches to clients.Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Expertise in optimising enterprise customer Salesforce orgs using advanced flows.Experience with Salesforce migrations and systems integrations.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.Experience with AI/ML features in Salesforce, particularly Agentic AI, Einstein GPT, or Copilot.Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.About Ascendion:Ascendion is transforming the future of technology with AI-driven software engineering.Our global team accelerates innovation and delivers future-ready solutions for some of the world’s most important industry leaders.Our applied AI, software engineering, cloud, data, experience design, and talent transformation capabilities accelerate innovation for Global 2000 clients.Join us to build transformative experiences, pioneer cutting-edge solutions, and thrive in a vibrant, inclusive culture - powered by AI and driven by bold ideas.
