This is not a generalist writing role—it requires precision, deep familiarity with the financial ecosystem, and an editorial style that can communicate with LPs, founders, journalists, and investors alike.The ideal candidate has written for a financial publication, understands the venture and private capital landscape, and knows how to translate complex investment ideas into compelling, high-integrity narratives. You’ll work across funds and formats—from investment announcements and newsletters to platform content and blogs.Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Investment AnnouncementsWrite high-quality press releases for investments, exits, and fund milestonesDraft founder commentary, media quotes, and PR briefing notesSupport external PR partners with materials aligned to Artha’s tone and positioningNewsletters, Reports & Investor CommunicationOwn the creation of Artha’s newsletters across internal and LP-facing audiencesDevelop narrative-driven investor updates and quarterly fund reportsBalance clarity, context, and credibility in all performance-related contentWebsite & Platform ContentWrite and maintain core website pages: fund overviews, team bios, case studies, FAQsSupport new fund launches and platform rollouts with long-form positioningEnsure all content reflects Artha’s voice—structured, capital-aware, and preciseLong-Form Blogs & Thought LeadershipProduce 2–3 deeply researched blogs monthly across themes like VC trends, founder journeys, capital strategy, and investment learningsGhostwrite insights and thought leadership for fund partners and leadershipUse data, founder insights, and market context to shape narrative weightWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Experience4–6 years of writing experience in finance, business journalism, or investment platformsMust have written for financial publications such as Mint, The Ken, BloombergQuint, ET Prime, Business Standard, or VCCircleDemonstrated ability to cover topics like cap tables, investment structures, exits, LP updates, and dealmaking languageBachelor's or Master’s in Journalism, Finance, Economics, or CommunicationsStrong portfolio of long-form published work is mandatoryMindset & TraitsHighly structured, editorially mature, and capital-awareObsessed with clarity, clean language, and real financial insightComfortable with feedback cycles, stakeholder reviews, and tight timelinesUnderstands that content is strategic—and a key part of capital communicationCompensation & BenefitsTotal Annual Compensation: ₹21,00,000₹18,00,000 Fixed Annual CTC₹3,00,000 Retention Bonus (paid at year-end, not performance-linked)
