We are looking to hire seasoned ReactJS professionals at the Lead & Module Lead Engineer level who thrive on challenges and desire to make a real difference in the business world. You will review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environments, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors.
Module Lead /SSE ReactJS
Experience: 5 to 15 Years
Location: Remote
Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA / MTech / ME / MSc
Technical Skills:
· Minimum 5+ years of strong real-time experience in developing ReactJS and JavaScript-based applications (ES6+).
· Strong experience understanding business requirements and building Frontend solutions / Application Architecture using trending technologies and standards.
· Strong experience to do code reviews and maintain Code Quality and governance processes.
· Hands-on experience with Next.js and Node.js
· Exposure to AI tools for Frontend development.
· Expert in ReactJS frameworks and concepts (such as Components, Props, State (Redux/MobX/Flux), Router, Hooks, etc.).
· Experience with JS unit test frameworks such as React Test Library, Jest and Enzyme or similar comparable technologies.
· Good knowledge of REST web services and open API design.
· Experience with common front-end development tools (such as Babel, Webpack, Parcel, ESLint, Flow, NPM, etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
· Create cross-browser compliant front-end code.
· Support site rollouts and be available to resolve site issues.
· Develop industry and product technical expertise.
· Work closely with the customer to understand requirements, conduct feasibility studies, consult clients with the best solutions, plan projects, and successfully deliver projects with the highest quality of code.
· Manage, mentor, and assist team members in technically challenging tasks.
· Conduct code reviews of team members and encourage peer reviews as per industry standards and appropriate architecture, object relations, and design patterns.
· Liaise with design, backend, and QA teams for seamless communication and coordination to build state-of-the-art mobile applications.
Good to have:
· Hands on experience with Micro Frontend architecture and associated development.
· Exposure to backend systems for API identification and working with GraphQL or similar implementations.
· Exposure to backend systems for complete solution building and application architecture understanding.
· Exposure to DevOps technologies like Containerization and build pipeline.
· Ability to create technical documents and diagrams.
