At Delta Green Structures LLP, we’re redefining modern construction with cutting-edge Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) manufacturing solutions. As we expand our operations in Siliguri, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities in LGSF and PEB markets.- Engage with potential clients through calls, visits, and digital outreach.- Coordinate between clients and design teams for project design finalisation.- Prepare presentations, Estimations, and Quotations for client projects.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.Qualification Requirements- Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within the LGSF, PEB, or construction materials industry.- Strong technical knowledge of LGSF and PEB systems.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and presentation tools (Power Point, Canva, etc.).- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.- A good network of architects, builders, and developers is a plus.Salary Range:Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 (Depending on Skillset and Experience)*Negotiable for higher salaries depending on experience of core field and knowledge of the subject.If you’re passionate about modern construction technologies and want to grow with an innovative manufacturing firm, we’d love to hear from you
