Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Curriculum Development
- Deliver lectures on core business subjects, including Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Organizational Behavior, and Business Communication.
- Develop and update course materials such as syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Incorporate case studies, simulations, and real-world examples to enrich the learning experience.
- Research and Scholarly Activities
- Conduct research in areas of Business Studies and publish in peer-reviewed journals, books, or conferences.
- Seek external funding for research projects and collaborate with industry or academia on interdisciplinary studies.
- Student Mentorship and Support
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students for their academic and career growth.
- Supervise student projects, theses, and internships, ensuring industry relevance.
- Institutional Development and Outreach
- Assist in organizing departmental activities such as seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
- Foster partnerships with businesses and organizations for internships, projects, and industry exposure.
- Contribute to community engagement programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Continuous Professional Development
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in business and management practices.
- Participate in professional development programs, conferences, and workshops to enhance expertise.
- Administrative and Collaborative Roles
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary initiatives and institutional goals.
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Preference for candidates with a Ph.D. or NET/SET certification.
- Experience:
- At least 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional potential and academic achievements will also be considered.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in the use of teaching tools and technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
