Order Management & Coordination Manage export orders from initial inquiry through final shipmentCoordinate between buyers, production teams, suppliers, and quality departmentsPrepare and maintain Time & Action (TNA) plans to ensure on-time deliveryTrack production progress and provide regular updates to buyers and managementProduct Development & Sampling Develop samples according to buyer specifications and requirementsCoordinate proto samples, fit samples, size set samples, and production samplesEnsure sample approval process is completed within specified timelinesWork closely with design and technical teams for product developmentSourcing & Procurement Source and procure fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirementsNegotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing and qualityMaintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with delivery schedulesPrepare purchase orders for all raw materials and componentsQuality Assurance & Compliance Ensure production meets approved quality standards and buyer specificationsCoordinate with quality control teams for pre-production and final inspectionsHandle quality issues and implement corrective measuresEnsure compliance with international quality standards and buyer requirementsCosting Prepare detailed costing sheets and quotations for buyersCommunication & Relationship Management Maintain professional communication with international buyers via email and callsProvide regular production updates and resolve issues promptlyBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teamsAct as primary point of contact for buyer queries and requirementsRequired Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related fieldGraduates from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or other reputed fashion institutes preferredDiploma in Fashion Merchandising or Apparel Manufacturing advantageousExperience 3-4 years  of proven experience in garment merchandising in export housesStrong background in both woven and knitted garmentsExperience working with international buyers and export processesPrior experience in garment export houses with minimum production capacity preferredSend you CV on
