Embed cyber risk at the start of strategy development for more effective management of information and technology risks. Your work profile. We're looking for a skilled Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery professional to lead end-to-end DR engagements across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Include: • Designing and implementing modern DR strategies and architectures • Leading technical DR tests across on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Collaborating with infrastructure, application, and security teams • Managing DR workstreams and preparing technical documentation • Contributing to practice development and automation frameworks Required SkillSets/Experience: • 4–8 years of hands-on DR experience • Expertise in tools like Veeam, Zerto, Commvault, Rubrik • Cloud-native DR experience (AWS Elastic DR, Azure Site Recovery, GCP Backup & DR) • Strong understanding of RPO/RTO, failover/failback, and DR automation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✨ Desired qualifications: • Knowledge of ISO 22301, scripting (PowerShell/Python), Kubernetes DR strategies • Experience with BCM/DR platforms (Fusion, Archer, Assurance CM) • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI) If you're a proactive, client-focused professional with a passion for resilience and innovation, we’d love to hear from you Location: Gurgaon
