Our Health care material division for Customer support assistant.
This is a customer service role engaged in the pharmaceutical market. Preparation and support of internal arrangement for documents/statements submitted to customers (documents/statements are issued by the headquarters in Japan).
Support inter-department activities such as translation and interpretation in Japanese/English.
Occasionally, a trip to Japan might occur for a training purpose.
Minimum 3 years of experience as customer support representative/executive assistant.
Fluency in Japanese (listening/speaking and reading/writing)
Strong communication skills in English (listening/speaking and reading/writing)
