Headquartered in Chennai, we currently operate 3 units across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, and are now planning to expand with new centers to reach and serve more smiling families. We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Infertility Counsellor to join our team at the Nellore branch . Candidates should have a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience , while those with 3–4 years of experience in infertility counselling will be given preference . Educate patients about fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI, donor programs, surrogacy, etc.) Maintain regular follow-up calls or messages to track patient progress and ensure compliance with treatment plans. Handle patient queries empathetically — both in person and through phone or digital channels. Prepare daily/weekly counselling reports for review by the clinical and administrative heads. Ensure proper coordination and communication between patients , clinical teams , administrative departments , and marketing teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience and smooth operational flow. Candidates must have a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, having completed a hybrid-mode program will be an added advantage.
