We are looking for a talented and self-driven BI - Project Manager cum Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will independently lead projects, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders across all project phases.Key Responsibilities- Independently lead BI projects and ongoing tasks- Collaborate with business owners to analyze and optimize processes and requirements- Partner with source system teams to conduct in-depth information analysis and data profiling- Design innovative data models and reporting solutions tailored to business needs- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration- Conduct rigorous testing to maintain quality standards before release- Analyze incidents and provide effective resolutions for operational stability- Develop and maintain comprehensive design and operational documentationQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English- Proven BI project management experience, having led at least two projects- 10+ years of experience as a BI Business Analyst (BA)- Hands-on experience with full implementation cycles and ongoing support in 2–3 projects- Strong expertise in the Azure cloud environment- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in SQL- BI data modeling proficiency- Expertise in dashboard design- Experience working with Oracle DB- Skilled in BI front-end tools, including Power BI and Qlik Sense
