Role
This is a Full time remote role in India. We are looking for a talented and self-driven

BI - Project Manager cum Business Analyst)

to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will independently lead projects, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
Independently lead

BI projects

and ongoing tasks
Collaborate with

business owners

to analyze and optimize processes and requirements
Partner with

source system teams

to conduct in-depth information analysis and data profiling
Design

innovative data models

and reporting solutions tailored to business needs
Work closely with the

development team

to ensure seamless integration
Conduct rigorous

testing

to maintain quality standards before release
Analyze

incidents

and provide effective resolutions for operational stability
Develop and maintain

comprehensive design and operational documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Excellent communication skills

in spoken and written English
Proven BI project management experience , having led at least two projects
10+ years

of experience as a

BI Business Analyst (BA)
Hands-on experience with

full implementation cycles

and ongoing support in 2–3 projects
Strong expertise in the

Azure cloud environment
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in

SQL
BI data modeling

proficiency
Expertise in

dashboard design
Experience working with

Oracle DB
Skilled in

BI front-end tools , including

Power BI

and

Qlik Sense
