Property Insights Inc. is a Real Estate Media company serving Edmonton, Calgary & Vancouver and expanding in major cities across Canada. We provide services like Videography, Photography, RMS Measurements, Floor Plans, 360 Virtual Tours, Virtual Staging to Builders, Realtors, Trades in Home building industry & Corporates. We're seeking a passionate and organized Social Media Manager with administrative skills to help us grow our online presence and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities :
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop a consistent voice and brand presence across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay up-to-date with relevant content.
- Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance and generate monthly reports to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, paid advertising.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with sending out photos, videos, and other content to clients.
- Handle email correspondence with clients, ensuring that all media deliverables are sent in a timely manner.
- Manage client communication regarding content delivery and feedback.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly for small businesses or real estate brands.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools and scheduling platforms
- Basic experience in graphic design and/or video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
