Together, they spearhead iTCart’s commitment to innovation, customer success, and international expansion.Position Overview:The Regional Chief / Principal Officer - BFSI & Healthcare will be responsible for spearheading iTCart’s operations, strategy, and growth in these critical sectors. As the highest-ranking executive for BFSI and Healthcare, this leader will ensure that iTCart’s AI-powered solutions align with industry regulations, drive financial efficiency, enhance customer outcomes, and establish the company as a market leader. This position demands deep expertise in both banking and insurance services alongside healthcare RCM operations.The selected candidate must possess IRDA accreditation and a thorough understanding of RBI guidelines and global banking and healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance and strategic excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & VisionDevelop and execute iTCart’s strategic roadmap for BFSI & Healthcare sectors, ensuring alignment with the company’s 5-year growth plan.Set the division’s operational strategy, including project prioritization, financial goals, and long-term planning.Regulatory & Compliance OversightEnsure compliance with RBI, IRDA, HIPAA, SEBI, and international banking and insurance standards.Liaise with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and uphold regulatory integrity across all operations.Operational Excellence & AI-Driven InnovationLead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered solutions for banking, insurance, and healthcare clients.Ensure seamless execution of projects in Banking and Insurance operations, claims processing, financial risk management, and Healthcare RCM services.Vendor & Partnership ManagementEstablish partnerships with industry leaders, government bodies, and technology vendors to drive business growth.Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high standards for outsourced operations in BFSI and Healthcare services.Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team, including Regional Chiefs, Vice Presidents, and Directors.Create a leadership pipeline to foster talent development and ensure operational continuity.Global Market Expansion & Revenue GrowthSpearhead iTCart’s expansion into North America, Europe, MEA, and APAC markets, identifying new opportunities for BFSI & Healthcare.Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding project profitability targets through effective service delivery and client retention.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementCultivate and manage high-level relationships with key clients, including banks, insurance providers, and healthcare institutions.Develop client-centric strategies that align with iTCart’s AI innovation, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Mandatory Qualifications:Education: Master’s degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related fields. Additional certifications in AI or Digital Transformation are preferred.IRDA Accreditation: Mandatory.Industry Expertise: 20+ years in BFSI and/or healthcare leadership roles with proven experience in managing large-scale operations and regulatory compliance.Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive understanding of RBI, IRDA, HIPAA, SEBI, and other industry regulations.Primary Skills:Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop senior leaders across multiple regions.Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design and implement effective business strategies aligned with corporate goals.Financial Acumen: Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and revenue cycle management.Digital Transformation: In-depth experience with AI-powered solutions and digital transformation initiatives in BFSI and healthcare sectors.Optional Skills:Global Market Experience: Expertise in expanding operations into new markets.Vendor Management: Strong skills in managing vendor relationships and ensuring successful outsourced service delivery.AI & Data Analytics: Familiarity with AI trends and their applications in BFSI and healthcare industries.Why iTCart?Innovative Leadership Team: Join a company backed by visionary leaders, including Mr. Jeffrey R.
