The ideal candidate must be able to build advanced Lightning experiences and robust integrations while collaborating with business and technical teams.Candidates with hands-on Field Service development experience will be prioritized.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize Salesforce Field Service (FSL) modulesDesign and implement automation using workflows, flows, and process builderDevelop scalable custom solutions using LWC, Apex, and AuraBuild and support REST/SOAP API integrations & Apex calloutsEnhance UI and data models for improved service performanceWork with middleware and platform event-based integrationsTroubleshoot and resolve system performance issuesRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of Salesforce development experienceStrong hands-on development in LWC, Apex & AuraSolid experience with FSL workflows and configurationKnowledge of platform automation tools and eventsExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP)Strong analytical & problem-solving mindsetAbility to coordinate with global stakeholders and delivery teamsPreferred SkillsSalesforce certifications (FSL / Platform Developer)Middleware integration tools experienceExposure to enterprise AMS environments
