We work closely with academic institutions to align curriculum, infrastructure, and operations for scalable program delivery across campuses.We are seeking a dynamic operations leader to own and execute the post-onboarding operations of universities — ensuring seamless rollout, integration, and governance across 50+ campuses.Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Onboarding Operations LeadershipDrive end-to-end execution once a university signs MoU with NIAT.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time go-live.Oversee website integration, campus readiness, and official collaboration showcases.Curriculum & Academic OperationsFacilitate curriculum alignment with NIAT programs.Support in obtaining BOS/Academic Council approvals.Track delivery quality and compliance across universities.Infrastructure & ReadinessOwn the classroom setup process through the Infrastructure Playbook .Ensure hostel readiness, logistics, and facility compliance.Liaise with university admin teams for timely infra execution.Financial EnablementCoordinate Escrow
