About NIAT (NxtWave Initiative) NIAT, powered by NxtWave, partners with universities to deliver cutting-edge industry-integrated programs. We work closely with academic institutions to align curriculum, infrastructure, and operations for scalable program delivery across campuses. We are seeking a dynamic operations leader to own and execute the post-onboarding operations of universities — ensuring seamless rollout, integration, and governance across 50+ campuses. Key Responsibilities Post-Onboarding Operations Leadership Drive end-to-end execution once a university signs MoU with NIAT. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time go-live. Oversee website integration, campus readiness, and official collaboration showcases. Curriculum & Academic Operations Facilitate curriculum alignment with NIAT programs. Support in obtaining BOS/Academic Council approvals. Track delivery quality and compliance across universities. Infrastructure & Readiness Own the classroom setup process through the Infrastructure Playbook . Ensure hostel readiness, logistics, and facility compliance. Liaise with university admin teams for timely infra execution. Financial Enablement Coordinate Escrow Account and Payment Gateway setups with finance teams. Monitor fee flow, reconciliation, and compliance. Stakeholder Management Build deep relationships with university VCs, Registrars, and Deans. Act as the primary point of contact for university partners. Escalate blockers, resolve issues, and drive governance cadence. Internal Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Curriculum, and Tech teams. Create standardized SOPs and reporting mechanisms for scalable ops. Team Leadership & Scale Management Build and manage a team of regional operations executives. Own execution across 50+ universities through a mix of direct & indirect management. Key Skills & Attributes Proven experience (8–12 years) in multi-site operations or program rollout. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. High execution speed, ownership mindset, and problem-solving ability. Excellent organizational & documentation discipline. Readiness for 10–15 days/month travel.
